May is National Foster Care Month 💙

Children who enter foster care have often faced difficult experiences, including abuse, neglect, or other forms of trauma. The emotional impact can be overwhelming, and healing takes support, stability, and care from the people around them.

During this month, we honor the many individuals who help children and families through the foster care journey — foster families, kinship caregivers, CASA volunteers, social workers, counselors, educators, and community partners. Their dedication helps provide safety, encouragement, and hope during challenging times.

National Police Week is both a time of solemn remembrance and a celebration of the men and women who serve with integrity and bravery every day. It reminds us that behind every badge is a story of service, sacrifice, and family.

Thank you to all law enforcement officers, especially to the great men and women with whom we work to keep children safe!
