The Tar River Orchestra & Chorus is thrilled to announce that Mrs. Gloriane Jefferys has been selected as the new conductor of the Tar River Children's Chorus!

Mrs. Jefferys is no stranger to the TRCC family. For several years, she has served as accompanist and assistant conductor, accompanying rehearsals and performances while also leading the TRCC Ensemble. Her musicianship, enthusiasm, and commitment to our singers have made a lasting impact on the program.

Following an extensive search process, the selection committee unanimously chose Mrs. Jefferys to lead the next chapter of the Tar River Children's Chorus. We are excited for the vision, energy, and leadership she will bring to the organization as we build on the strong foundation established by Mrs. Patsy Gilliland over the past 33 years.

Please join us in congratulating Mrs. Jefferys and welcoming her to this new role. We look forward to an exciting season ahead for the Tar River Children's Chorus!
