UPDATE: The missing juvenile has been safely located by the East Hartford K-9 Unit. The Rocky Hill Police Department extends its heartfelt gratitude to the community and all law enforcement partners for their invaluable assistance in this matter.
The Rocky Hill Police Department is currently investigating a missing person complaint.
Isabella Kachmar was last seen around 7:30 AM in the area of Rachel Drive. She is eleven years old, 4’11’’, weighing approximately 75 pounds. She was last seen wearing black clothing and carrying a red backpack. The Rocky Hill Police and Fire Departments are currently searching the immediate area with the assistance of a K-9 teams from East Hartford and New Britain Police Departments.
