We have been made aware of some confusion and issues regarding the Jubilee Queen application form. Please note: when completing the application, Google Forms will prompt you to sign into a Gmail account. This is completely normal and exactly how the form is intended to work. Signing in allows applicants to receive a copy of their responses for their records and also helps the Jubilee Queen advisors communicate important contest information with contestants throughout the summer. Once signed in, you may continue completing the application.
