Rockwell City Revitalization Rebuilding the Rock one project at a time. We are gearing up to make more things happen!

Since early 2009, a group of passionate people have brainstormed ways to revitalize Rockwell City, Iowa, and have successfully completed projects around the square and town. We are looking for people to share their ideas, support the group's plans and ideas, and be hands-on to work on projects or fundraising. If you have a passion for Rockwell City - whether you grew up here, have lived here for y

ears, or are new to the area - we welcome you to join us and Revitalize Rockwell City! By working together, we can make great things happen and breathe new life back into our community!

The RV park here in Rockwell City has a bunch of dead trees that need to be removed. We are asking anyone who is willing and capable to let us know so we can start a list and come up with a date to do the work.

Thanks to all who attended our Festival of Trees!

What an amazing turnout! We featured a total of 33 trees this year. Our main tree was for the Rockwell City Sesquicentennial July 31st., August 1st., and August 2nd, featuring 200 pictures of old businesses and new businesses! Also we had 11 piano players, and two choir groups sing this year! The scavenger hunt was also a huge hit!

Already planning for next year!
