AMERICAN HEART CHALLENGE

Rockwall ISD is partnering with the American Heart Association to become a District of Lifesavers. During the week of February 23 – 27, our campus will be participating in a District wide initiative known as the American Heart Challenge (secondary). The program is an educational initiative aimed at teaching students and families about heart health, life saving skills, the importance of Hands-Only CPR, recognizing the warning signs of a stroke, and avoiding vaping/tobacco.

Students who compete the mission will earn eight service hours. As an added incentive, students who complete Fin’s Mission earn a chance to win two tickets to Super Bowl LXI in 2027. For every 18 participants who complete Finn’s Mission, our school will also be entered to win a $10,000 fitness equipment makeover. The National Football League is a proud national supporter of the America Heart Association’s Nation of Lifesavers.
