VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!

We’re planning an exciting event and looking for volunteers who’d like to be part of the team that will make this tournament stand out! This tournament is focusing on the overall experience of
everyone who attends including players, spectators and each one of us.

You’ll notice the difference from the moment you arrive at the event and at every point throughout the venue. Our awesome volunteer team will be key to enhancing the overall
experience and we’re looking forward to working with each of you to make that happen.

Volunteers will receive the same tournament shirt as the players but in a different color. Volunteers will also receive free parking and snacks & beverages during your shift.

Meals will be provided for those working back-to-back shifts. AND we’re working on providing some additional special items just for you. There are a variety of tasks, hours, days, and times to choose from. If you’re flexible and like variety, please consider signing up for one of our floater positions.

Hello to Medal Winners at the 2023 Mid South Diamond Regional! The medals that we had to have remade are in route to my (Francyne’s)house!!! Hope to have all of them mailed out by early next week!!!!

Juniors play Saturday May 6. We have just secured a $25 entry fee for the tournament for junior players. Let’s FILL the brackets!!!!!
