She unlocked the door to her first apartment.
Inside there wasn't much.
No furniture.
No dishes.
No place to sit.

Through a Personal Space Makeover, volunteers transformed that apartment into a place she could finally call home.
A home doesn't have to be extravagant to change a life.

One afternoon. So many meaningful connections. ❤️

Bridge Together brought youth, families, volunteers, and community partners together for an afternoon filled with fun, encouragement, resources, and connection.

This is what can happen when a community shows up for vulnerable youth.

We’re grateful for everyone who helped make this day possible, and we can’t wait to do it again!
