One of the best parts of awarding scholarships is celebrating students as they take the next step toward their future. We are proud to announce the recipients of our 2026 designated scholarships...
⛵️The Scott Self Memorial Scholarship was created in 2021 with the intent of recognizing and celebrating the students who are pursuing a job in the trades and who share Scott’s philosophy that hard work is a key to success.
RECIPIENTS: Brennan Hejny and Dillon Powell.
Brennan will attend Texas State Technical College and pursue Electrical Construction and Solar Certifications.
Dillon is pursuing a career in Automotive Technology and Custom Fabrication at WyoTech.
🔥The Trast Family BBQ Scholarship is awarded exclusively to a Senior who has been a member of the 205 Pitmasters for a minimum of two years and exhibits the qualities of leadership, dedication and service.
INAUGURAL RECIPIENT: Emma Victoria
Emma will attend Texas A&M University where she'll study flood modeling and environmental analysis.
⛳️The Todd Freeman Memorial Scholarship was established in 2020 and recognizes the accomplishments, on and off the golf course, of a graduating seniors from Rockwall High School’s golf team.
RECIPIENTS: Hudson Green, Brynn Rice and Van Leugers
Hudson will attend the University of Texas Dallas to study Business.
Brynn is pursuing a degree in Finance at the University of Texas at Tyler.
Van plans to attend the University of Oklahoma to study Accounting.
