✨ HUGE NEWS TODAY! ✨
Rockwall ISD is celebrating an A rating following the release of the 2026 accountability ratings from the Texas Education Agency.

And there’s even more to celebrate! 🥳 Rockwall ISD more than doubled its distinctions, jumping from 13 in 2025 to 32 in 2026 — including nine Closing the Gaps and eight Academic Growth distinctions. These honors recognize exceptional achievement and progress in key areas.

Our three high schools also earned A ratings:
⭐ Rockwall High School — 96
⭐ Rockwall-Heath High School — 95
⭐ Rockwall Quest Academy — 92

Superintendent Dr. John Villarreal praised the teamwork of the Rockwall ISD School Board, staff, community, parents, and, most importantly, our students.

“This work is intentional, meaningful, and forever important because every student deserves our very best in education. A huge thank you to everyone who works together every day to make a difference for kids.”

This is a win for Rockwall ISD — and a celebration of what we can accomplish together!

Quest had a great turnout of students in the Choice program back-to-school night. The staff is excited to welcome students on August 13th.
