What does it take to buy ammunition and assault weapons?

The holidays are here! For many families this is an exciting time filled with joy and wonder. For others, these days are filled with dread as they face personal and other tragedies or loss. Whatever your experience as we march to the beginning of 2022 - MCCA stands ready to support your children with whatever frames their day. As always, we are super thankful for our amazing program teaching staff and their supporters at the Admin office. There is often noted that there is no “I” in team - but there is definitively an I in INCREDIBLE; the definition of our MCCA team!

As ED of a nonprofit child care organization it is stunning to see how policy and other advocates understand so little about the workforce and regulatory issues that people who are “boots on the ground” must navigate. Subsidy and regulatory systems need to be modernized.
It’s always a great time to thank our staff for their work with your children. Child care works because we have teams who are committed to supporting your kids. Thank you MCCA staff! You are the best!

There have been several media stories recently about the crisis in child care. These stories fail to highlight the amazing staff that show up every day and work tirelessly with the children in their care. Child care professionals are the backbone of our communities and are our unsung heroes. Thank you to our MCCA team! You are awesome!

The Week of the Young Child® focuses attention on early learning, young children, their teachers, families and communities. MCCA will join NAEYC in this celebration through fun filled activities in each of our programs. Research has shown that young children learn best through hands on experiences. MCCA’s play-based approach supports children to have a variety of experiences. Classrooms and outdoor spaces are organized to allow children to explore and make choices throughout their day. Additional planned activities focus on all areas of development, including art, music, literacy and math activities. -based learning
