LM alumni: When is the last time you saw your cohort?

Here is your excuse to make plans.

Join us on Thursday, June 4th for Leadership Montgomery's annual Trivia Fundraiser at Blackrock Center for the Arts in Germantown. It is a fun, low-key evening of trivia, good food, and great company, and a chance to support the programs and community that brought us all together.

Grab a few cohort-mates and register as a team, or sign up solo, and we will pair you up. Either way, we would love to see you there.

Tickets: $50 individual | $300 per team (up to 7) | $500 to sponsor a team

Are you navigating uncertainty right now? You are not alone, and you do not have to figure it out alone either.
In partnership with the , Leadership Montgomery's Advance Cohort Program brings together entrepreneurs, small business owners, and nonprofit leaders for a ten-month journey focused on strategy, financial resilience, procurement readiness, and sustainable growth. You will work alongside peers facing similar challenges, be guided by expert practitioners, and receive individualized coaching.

Sessions run monthly from May 2026 through February 2027 in Rockville, MD. The cohort fee is $50 per person. Program begins May 27.

This free, two-hour session is the first in Leadership Montgomery's (in partnership with Montgomery County, MD Government ) new Monthly Business Resilience Training Series. It won't solve everything — but it will help you and your team get clearer on what's actually happening, how it affects organizations like yours, and where to focus your energy next.
Through collaborative discussion and interactive activities, participants will examine the current landscape and begin identifying where opportunity still exists.
