The arts community in Rockville is growing! 🎭🎼✨

Emmy Award-winning nonprofit Young Artists of America (YAA) has officially signed a lease at Congressional Plaza (1626 East Jefferson Street, Rockville, MD) to launch Montgomery County’s very first Collaborative Performing Arts Hub.

This brand-new 10,604-square-foot facility will feature 9 rehearsal studios and a student lounge, bringing YAA’s entire community together under one roof for the first time. Located just minutes from Strathmore and the Twinbrook Metro station with free on-site parking, the hub will also unlock valuable resources for the wider arts ecosystem through space rentals, extra classes, and special events.

Join us in welcoming this vibrant addition to the Rockville community! 👏

Rockville's restaurants take center stage this June!🍽️

Explore Rockville: Global Bites returns June 1–30, a month-long celebration of the 50+ global cuisines that make Rockville one of the most diverse cities in the nation. The concept is simple: dine at local restaurants, submit your receipt, and REDI donates 25% of the value to a local nonprofit of your choice.

The campaign is built to meet three goals: drive sales to Rockville's small businesses, spotlight the city's culinary diversity and excellence, and channel real dollars to community organizations that make Rockville stronger.
