Here’s a little follow up from the Team River Runner USA Outtasight Clinic in Montana. The part of this that never ceases to amaze me is how the nerves are flying as folks sit in a kayak for the first time. Then they end up with huge smiles and laughter when we all ran Yankee Jim Canyon. Nate is boasting about the fact that he never rolled. But he never bragged when we threatened to flip him. ;) Mike started getting his roll down. Kathy started paddling like a “Champion” which is awesome since that is her last name. Nila was unfortunately a little under the weather for a few days, but styled the ducky. Adam nailed it the last day and hung around in Montana to break a horse with one of the locals. The great part about the whole thing is that they all want to find a way to keep kayaking. Check out our photos from Seth Dahl with Big Cedar Media! The video will follow soon.
