On March 31, 2026, the Institute of Pediatric Nursing (IPN) Committee concluded its work after years of dedicated service to advancing pediatric nursing. PNCB is deeply grateful for the committee’s leadership, expertise, and lasting contributions, including workforce research, career pathway resources, and professional advocacy.

While the committee has concluded, its impact continues. Resources developed by the IPN Committee remain available at PNCB.org and will continue to support pediatric nurses and the children and families they serve.
