The Maryland Academy of Collaborative Professionals is seeking a part-time Project Assistant to communicate with callers about our mission and about the Collaborative Process, to conduct intake interviews for the Collaborative Project of Maryland (CPM), and to complete project-based and administrative tasks supporting our Board, our committees, our fundraising efforts, and our programs. We are looking for an individual who is efficient, warm, and comfortable being a member of a team. The ability to meet deadlines, work remotely, and maintain flexible hours is essential in this position. The ideal candidate for this job is empathic, detail-oriented, and organized.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Exceptional telephone and in-person communication skills, ability to reframe and reflect, ask difficult and personal questions, and maintain confidentiality.

• Firm understanding of the Collaborative Process.

• Exceptional organization skills, and ability to work remotely and meet deadlines.

• Proficiency in MS Office with fluency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, prefer experience creating and revising fillable PDF documents.

• Savvy in social media platforms.

• Ability to work flexible hours, particularly evening or weekend hours.

• Prefer Spanish-speaking.

• Prefer mental health or legal background.

• Must have own cell phone.

• Must have a secure network for transmitting confidential data.

COMPENSATION: This is an hourly position, 15-30 hours per month, $18-20 per hour.
