AOAC INTERNATIONAL brings together government, industry, and academia to establish standard methods of analysis that ensure the safety and integrity of foods and other products that impact public health around the world. AOAC’s standards development process relies on stakeholder panels to develop consensus-based method performance requirements and volunteer expert review panels to evaluate potenti

The AOAC SPIFAN Program has completed the final draft of Standard Method Performance Requirements (SMPRs®) for determination of 3′-galactosyllactose, 4′-galactosyllactose, and 6′-galactosyllactose in galactooligosaccharide ingredients, infant- and adult/pediatric nutritional formula.
