He serves as Partner at Maven Construction, where he helps drive business growth and operational excellence for a premium construction firm serving the Mid-Atlantic region.
Mr. Nadeem is also the Founder of Lil Cupcakes & Creamery, one of the most loved and fastest-growing café concepts in the DMV area.

His work reflects a strong focus on brand development, customer experience, and building businesses with long-term growth potential.

Mrs. Akram is a finance and clinical research professional currently serving as a Trial Initiation Specialist at Merck, where she manages financial planning to support the successful launch and ex*****on of global research studies.

She also serves as Director of USPBA, helping bridge business relationships that foster innovation, collaboration, and cross-border entrepreneurship.

Mrs. Akram holds an M.S. in Finance from Georgetown University and a B.S. in Finance and Supply Chain Management from the University of Maryland, College Park, with a minor in Spanish.

We are honored to welcome Bo Buis to the USPBA leadership team and look forward to the expertise, insight, and impact he will bring to our mission.

Bo brings a unique combination of expertise in real estate investment, infrastructure development, and digital asset analysis. As a Partner at QureSupremacy, he manages a real estate investment portfolio of approximately $15 million, focused on identifying opportunities for long-term growth and value creation.

In his role as a Project Engineer at Garver, Bo has contributed to the design, construction management, and delivery of infrastructure projects valued at over $10 million, demonstrating a strong foundation in engineering and project ex*****on. He also applies analytical expertise as a Digital Asset Analyst, conducting technical analysis of digital assets, including Bitcoin and stablecoins, through comprehensive market and order flow data.

We are excited to have Saad Ali Qureshi serve as Vice President of the US Pakistan Business Alliance and Chairman of its Pakistan Chapter. Saad holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Georgia Tech and is currently pursuing his MBA at the Yale School of Management.

He serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Rustum Associates Dynamic Constructors (RADC), one of Pakistan’s leading infrastructure firms, with ongoing projects valued at over $1 billion. As COO, he has led major automation and digital transformation initiatives that have improved efficiency and modernized operations across large-scale construction projects.

He is also the CEO of QureSupremacy, a real estate development group based in Atlanta. Combining operational leadership, entrepreneurial experience, and international business exposure, Saad plays an important role in fostering and creating business opportunities in the United States and Pakistan.

A proud University of Maryland alumnus, Mr.Akram's journey embodies resilience, innovation, and a global perspective. Raised in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, he grew up in a multilingual immigrant household that instilled in him a deep appreciation for cultural diversity, entrepreneurship, and collaboration.
