Mayor Pam was honored to throw out the first pitch at the 4th Annual Beep Baseball Charity Fundraiser this past weekend, where the New York Bombers defeated Boston Strong Beep Baseball on May 16, 2026. Sponsored by the Glen Head and Sea Cliff Lions Club, this year’s game was dedicated to the memory of Johnny Esposito, a proud member of the Bombers family.

Beep baseball is an adaptive version of America’s favorite pastime designed for blind and visually impaired athletes, using a beeping ball and buzzing bases. It’s truly incredible to watch — fast-paced, inspiring, and filled with heart.

In the 4th Annual Beep Baseball Charity Fundraiser, the New York Bombers come out on top over the Boston Strong on May 16, 2026.
