Circle K at Sierra College is a community service club under the umbrella of Circle K International, a branch of the Kiwanis Family (for more information on Circle K, visit www.cnhcirclek.org). Service: We serve the Rocklin area in a ton of different ways: planting trees wi
th the Sac Tree Foundation, working at animal shelters, raising money for nonprofit organizations such as Pediatric Trauma Prevention, participating in local marathons, and MUCH more. There are usually 1-2 service opportunities per week, almost always on Friday/Saturday/Sunday. Leadership: There are many different opportunities for leadership in the club. From executive board positions (President, Vice President of Service, etc.) to chair positions (Campus Coordination Chair, Single Service Chair), Circle K can help you grow as a leader and gain leadership/working experience, whether you do so by holding a leadership position or performing service and being a leader in the community. Fellowship: Sierra CKI isn't just about service - we're a family! Along with our service projects, club socials range from dinner after a meeting to minigolf at Sunsplash. We also work closely with the other Circle K clubs in our district, so you'll meet people from other colleges and universities at service projects and socials.
