F3 in the Roseville/Rocklin area undergoes a major change starting tomorrow when Gold Rush starfishes into three new regions; Gold Rush, Junction and Bedrock are ready to continue the mission to plant, grow and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership. There are lots of men whose lives are about to be changed for the better because of the wider community impact these regions will offer.

This morning, 60 HIM (High Impact Men) gathered to celebrate a major milestone — Pop Top’s 1000th workout with F3 Gold Rush!

That number isn’t just a workout count — it represents 1000 early mornings of discipline, 1000 opportunities to lead by example, and 1000 moments of sharpening alongside brothers who push each other to be better.

Today at Overdrive 63(!) PAX gathered to honor and celebrate 1000 posts for Pyro. A true High Impact Man, Pyro walks the walk and talks the talk in all aspects of his Fitness, Fellowship and Faith. He has served Gold Rush and the Roseville/Rocklin community faithfully for nearly five years. We can’t thank you enough for your servant leadership, Pyro. Looking forward to seeing you continue to burn up the miles as you push towards 10000!
