Reminder to all Volleyball Players:

1.) Serves can win a game, that’s why it is so crucial to be able to spot serve to keep the other team out of system.

2.) You are a VOLLEYBALL player not a position on the court. Learn everyone’s role so that you can be an asset to your team.

3.) “Middles” make sure to get some down ball reps in the 5 because you HAVE to play defense after you serve.

4.) Be smart as an attacker and use the blockers in your favor ( watch as the ball flies off the hands and out getting us the point)

5.) You are part of a TEAM ! 6 may start the game, but if a coach makes a substitution YOU now become part of that starting 6, so pay attention to the game from the sidelines.

Missed opportunities can delay your progress, so make sure you’re moving and touching a ball 🏐
