These women proudly call themselves "B"s - that is, they call themselves "Broads" as in they are members of the ๐๐ซ๐๐ณ๐ฒ ๐๐ซ๐จ๐๐๐ฌ ๐๐ฎ๐ข๐ฅ๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐ช๐ฎ๐๐.
Let's give them the "G" word also - as in "Generous." They recently created and donated several items for children to the ๐๐ก๐ข๐ฅ๐๐ซ๐๐ง'๐ฌ ๐๐๐ฏ๐จ๐๐๐๐ฒ ๐๐๐ง๐ญ๐๐ซ ๐จ๐ ๐๐ซ๐๐ฏ๐๐ซ๐.

And they're also contributors to other organizations, including moms' groups, women's shelters and the homeless - or as they call them, "Friends in Need."
They gather about once a month and get their "quilt" on.
"It's just a bunch of old women who get together and sew," said Penny Swire one of the founders of CBQS. "It's wherever we're needed."
