We had a fantastic experience representing RCSC at the NCARF 2026 Spring Conference in Carolina Beach, NC! The event provided valuable opportunities to learn, collaborate, and engage with others who are passionate about supporting individuals and building stronger communities. We’re excited to take what we’ve learned and share with our community!!

Through our continued work in Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS), we remain committed to helping students develop the skills, confidence, and independence needed for success in the workplace and beyond. Experiences like this strengthen our ability to provide high-quality services that prepare students for real-world opportunities.

What an amazing day we had today celebrating our Randolph County OCS students during the Employability Seminar!!! They participated in mock interviews, portfolio / all about me presentations and a friendly game of family feud (employment related)!!! So proud of all these students and all their hard work!!! April is 2nd Chance month and RCSC staff attended the 2026 NC Rehabilitation and Reentry Conference, hosted by the North Carolina Department of Adult Correction.

The conference focuses on best practices, exchanging ideas, and advancing innovative approaches to rehabilitation and reentry—because successful transitions mean safer, stronger communities.

It was a week full of inspiring stories and information to better serve our communities!! We are grateful to be a part of this initiative!
