We have the best staff! 💚

Our annual Giving Auction brought out the fun, generosity, and camp spirit as staff and alumni bid on everything from giant teddy bears, homemade items, to shaving Ally Gator’s head! 😂

Together, we raised over $7,000 for camper scholarships, helping even more kids experience camp. Thank you to our amazing staff and alumni! 🏕️✨

"Hello hello! My name is Kaeden Kinkajou and this will be my 16th summer out at camp Winnebago!! When I’m at camp you can find me splashing in the Artesian Well or building a fort at the Pines🌲. But when I’m not at camp you won’t be able to find me because ideally I’ll be in the mountains with no cell service 🤩. ⭐️Welcome back, Sadie Starfish! ⭐️

We are thrilled to welcome back Sadie Starfish as our Inclusion Coordinator! This will be Sadie’s 5th summer at Camp Winnebago, after spending 2 summers as a Counselor, 2 summers as our Standing Bear Coordinator, and now stepping into this important role on our leadership team.

With years of experience working with children, a positive spirit, and a passion for creating welcoming and inclusive spaces, Sadie is dedicated to helping every camper feel seen, supported, and valued throughout their camp experience. We are so excited to have Sadie helping make Camp Winnebago a place where everyone belongs this summer!

Welcome back Juno Jackalope! 🐰☀️

We are excited to have Juno returning for a second summer at Camp Winnebago and stepping into the role of Special Activities Coordinator! Juno will be helping oversee some of camp’s biggest adventures, including climbing activities, archery, canoeing, and progressive skills. We can't wait to see all the fun and adventures that Juno has planned!

We are thrilled to announce Cooper Coyote as your Apprentice Counselor Unit Coordinator! Cooper will be leading our 9th through 12th graders, helping them develop leadership skills while having a whole lot of fun along the way!

"Hey everyone! My name is Cooper Coyote, and this will be my 5th summer at Camp. I can’t wait to be back! This will be my second year as a Unit Coordinator and my first year overseeing the Apprentice Counselors. I’m so excited to work with our teens and help them grow as leaders while making unforgettable camp memories together. When I’m not at Camp, I love going to concerts and playing video games.
