🍂October🍂 is National Disability Employment Awareness Month and Disability History Month. This year's national theme is "Celebrating Value and Talent." 🎉 In Illinois, the Governor has proclaimed October Disability History Month. All month, our trade association (IARF) will share the history that built community services in Illinois, the policies that open doors to work, and the direct support professionals who make it possible.
