IEA Region 21 would like to extend our thanks to Rep. Dave Vella (IL District 68) on taking the time to come out to our Workers' Solidarity March on May 2 in support of IEA/REA members.

We really enjoyed having him, and we sincerely appreciate his support and advocacy on education issues like the summer unemployment pay for paraprofessional educators!

***One way to show your support & solidarity for REA

Please use this link to email all board members and the superintendent to settle a fair contract. A template letter goes to all 8 of them.

It’s not even the words that are sent…it’s showing the numbers of people that support our teachers that matter the most.

Please share the link with every brother, sister, mother, father, friend, parent, student, community member, business owner, politician, neighbor, ally, and union member you know!
