Congratulations to Nora Wedwick and Gabrielle Kohnle for stellar performances at the Girls State Cross Country meet last week! Nora finished 22nd, earning All-State honors, and Gabrielle finished 52nd out of nearly 240 runners. Well done ladies! We are so proud of you!

Hello Rockford! I’m Noah Hickcox, and I’m thrilled to step into the role of General Manager at D1 Training – Rockford. I’m deeply rooted in this community, and I bring my passion for performance, hard work, and teamwork from my athletic and coaching experiences to help others reach their goals.

A little about me:
I grew up in Rockford, Illinois and played football through high school at Boylan Central Catholic.
I continued my football career in college (University of Minnesota and Illinois State University), where I learned the lessons of discipline, consistency, and resilience. Those same principles guide my approach to training, leadership, and helping others push their limits.

As GM at D1 Training – Rockford, here’s what I’m here to bring:
