Volta Region did not disappoint! We were welcomed with singing and dancing accompanied by the drums that made our hearts so happy that we all joined in! We were able to serve three different school in one. Hosted by Atsata-Barne P. A Basic, Worta E. P Badic and N Uayorve P. A Basic were also able to join to ensure all their girls were supplied with reusable sanitary supplies, reproductive health education, and overall girl power! This will help to ensure they are able to stay in school year round and empowered to achieve greatness!

Our second day of visiting schools was busy and wonderful in Koforidua! We were able to visit 5 schools and provide support and supplies to over 600 girls to ensure they stay in school! We were so happy to visit Suhyen Methodist, Asikasu Presbyterian, Suhyen M/A, Suhyen S.D.A, and Mpaem M/A.

Our first day visiting schools and we started in the Akuapem District. We were able to visit both Obsomase Methodist and Obosome Presbyterian. We saw 300 girls and were able to provide reproductive health education, reusable sanitary pads and additional supplies to keep them in school year round! We were rewarded with multiple performances from the girls today! Our hearts are full! ❤️

The team has arrived in Accra from throughout Ghana and USA. We have spent the last two days collecting our supplies and packing bags for each of the 1,600 girls we will be seeing from 9 schools in three different regions. We will be posting pictures and updates throughout. We are so greatful for the ongoing support! ❤️
