Rockford Sexual Assault Counseling provides in school counseling and outreach services for survivors and impacted individuals of sexual violence, ages 21 yrs. old and younger.
RSAC's outreach therapy programming is funded, in part, by the voter approved half-cent sales tax for mental health services from the Winnebago County Community Mental Health Board.
