🍷🌲 WOMEN IN THE WOODS WITH W**E – WITH A SPECIAL GUEST

Relax with a glass of w**e while discovering more about the natural world! This program is designed for adults 21+ who want to become more comfortable and knowledgeable about nature and the outdoors.

As cooler weather settles in, it’s time for warm breakfasts, cozy weekend meals and cold-weather favorites. Locally produced maple syrup from Tosanak Recreation Area is the perfect addition!

🪵 FIREWOOD PROVIDER WANTED!
Floyd County Conservation is looking for an individual to provide firewood for sale to campers at Tosanak Recreation Area and Ackley Creek Park. The selected provider will keep all proceeds from firewood sales in exchange for providing two cords of firewood delivered to the Sugar Shack at Tosanak Recreation Area for maple syrup production.

YOUTH PHEASANT HUNT
Floyd County Pheasants Forever and Floyd County Conservation are teaming up for a Youth Pheasant Hunt!

📅 Saturday, October 24, 2026
⏰ Check-in: 8:30 AM | Hunt begins: 9:00 AM
📍 Gilman G. White Conservation Area
3387 170th St., Ionia, IA

The hunt is open to youth ages 11–15 who have completed Hunter’s Safety Certification. Participants must be accompanied by a licensed adult. ⚠️ Space is limited to the first 10 participants!

🍁🍂 FALL COLORS ARE CALLING! 🍂🍁

Iowa’s landscape is beginning to show off its beautiful fall colors, and there’s no better way to enjoy the changing seasons than hitting the trails!

🥾 Whether you’re looking for a peaceful walk, a family adventure, or the perfect spot to capture some fall photos, Floyd County Conservation has miles of trails waiting to be explored!
