Tommy Corral Memorial Foundation Our mission is to enhance the mental health of individuals, their families, and their community. Su***de and Crisis Lifeline: Text or Call 988 anytime

Our lives forever changed when we lost our son Tommy to su***de. He struggled with depression and addiction, but we never saw it coming. Our lives are forever changed. I have found a purpose in the pain by educating others to understand su***de, it's effects, and break the stigma around mental illness, addiction, and su***de.

Woo hoo, Xavier Whitford!! We're so proud of our co-founder/executive director for achieving this incredible honor. Come celebrate her with us on the 25th!

After losing her son, Tommy, to su***de, Xavier Whitford turned unimaginable grief into a mission of expanding su***de prevention education, mental health support, and counseling resources across the Rockford region. We believe her work has saved lives, and her advocacy and support has opened arms for individuals and families struggling with mental illness.

"Lead with compassion, listen without judgment, and never underestimate the power of showing up for your community. The impact you make in someone's life can change an entire community."

Help us celebrate Xavier's legacy of hope at the 40 Over 40 Honoree Reception, June 25! Register here - https://business.rockfordchamber.com/event-calendar/Details/2026-40-over-40-honoree-reception-1563584?sourceTypeId=Website

It's OK to ask for help.

It's OK to talk about how you're feeling.

It's OK to take care of your mental health.

Many men grow up hearing messages that encourage them to handle challenges on their own. But strength isn't about carrying everything by yourself.

Support, connection, and reaching out are signs of courage.

This Men's Mental Health Month, let's help create a culture where it's OK to talk.
