We made it home from CO and can genuinely say we all had one the best weeks of our lives! Our time at Crooked Creek was full of adventure, joy, and experiencing Jesus. Grateful for these students, volunteer leaders, and generous donors who made this week possible. Now we can’t wait to start the school year at our Hononegah Club in just a few weeks!

Mondays at YL have been a blast! Can't believe the school year is getting close to being done already.. Young Life Club is a place where we gather, play games, sing songs, and hear about the hope of Jesus from a Young Life leader! Students and leaders meet every week during the school year. Tonight, we gather for "Community" to grow in our faith and our relationships. We share more highlights and updates over on Instagram — check us out there!

Here’s what one of our Young Life leaders had to say about this past year:

“When students walk into club and see familiar friends and leaders, their faces light up. In the club room or at camp, when leaders encourage students to do something completely crazy, laughter fills the room.

In a time when more and more teenagers spend their time alone, on their phones, or feeling like nothing matters, it is incredible to see the joy of the Lord radiate through a room filled with students who may not experience that joy anywhere else. As a Young Life leader, spreading the joy of the Lord is my favorite part of the week.”

Your support helps us keep showing up for students, creating spaces of joy, laughter, and belonging.

Grateful for everyone who supports Young Life in our area! Our end-of-year fundraising campaign is officially underway, and we're aiming to raise $30,000 by January 31, 2026.

Exciting news: Next month, we’re launching WyldLife at Stephan Mack Middle School! Our team of leaders is currently in training, and soon a group of 6th–8th graders will be meeting regularly to build community, experience life to the full, and hear about Jesus. This fundraising goal will help cover the costs of the first year of WyldLife ministry in our area.

You can make a difference! Partner with us by making a one-time gift or becoming a monthly supporter today. https://il163.younglife.support/crowd/year-end-giving-campaign-2025-p2p
