We invite you to join us for the Pregnancy Life Center’s Walk for Life on Sunday, September 13th at 2:00 pm (registration begins at 1:30 pm) at Franklin Park in Van Wert.

Pregnancy Life Center is a Christian ministry whose mission is to protect the life of the unborn, offer alternatives to abortion, educate the community, bring people to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ, and offer love by providing spiritual, educational, and physical support to those affected by unplanned pregnancy.
When you support their Walk for Life, you support the message of Christ’s love reaching a wider range of people in the community.

This fall we're launching a new season of small groups at New Horizons!

As we walk through our Becoming series, we're discovering that following Jesus means becoming people who are spiritually alive, relationally connected, and missionally engaged - and we believe small groups are one of the best places for that kind of growth to happen.

Groups will meet throughout the week to build relationships, discuss what we're learning together on Sundays, pray for one another, and put our faith into practice.

This gathering will be a beautiful time for worship and prayer, as we come together to seek the Lord and reflect on the journey we've shared.

In our daily lives, we often find ourselves in a struggle between the spirit and the flesh.

Galatians 5:16 reminds us, "I say, then, walk by the Spirit, and you will certainly not carry out the desires of the flesh."

This powerful verse encourages us to choose the path of the Spirit, which leads to life, peace, and fulfillment.

When we walk in the Spirit, we align our actions and thoughts with God's will, finding strength to resist temptations and distractions that pull us away from Him.

It's a call to surrender our desires and trust in the Holy Spirit to guide us toward a life that reflects Christ's love and purpose.

💵 Monetary donations for project costs and gas

As we walk with Jesus every day, we find ourselves becoming spiritually alive, relationally connected, and missionally engaged.

In John 15:8, we are reminded that bearing fruit brings glory to God and shows the world the transformative power of Christ in our lives.

Our journey is also about building genuine relationships.

As stated in John 13:35, it's our love for one another that will mark us as His disciples. This love is the foundation for deep connections within our community.

Furthermore, Matthew 28:19-20 commissions us to go out and make disciples of all nations, reminding us that our faith is not just for ourselves but for sharing with others.

Let’s embrace this journey of becoming.

Each child has incredible potential, and with mentorship and prayer, we can make a lasting impact.
