Neighborhood Network of Rockford You don't have to move to live in a better neighborhood. Neighborhood Network wants to partner with residents and businesses to improve our community.

The purpose of Neighborhood Network is to support, promote and implement activities and strategies to increase improvement to the local neighborhoods, residents and the city as a whole. Neighborhood Network is a private non-profit organization, primarily funded by Community Services Block Grant Funds, via City of Rockford Human Services Department, a Community Action Agency.
