Did you know that BRCC has partnered with Family Counseling Services to provide FREE COUNSELING SESSIONS, support groups and Art Therapy for those without insurance coverage ages 0-21 years old?

Funding for this programming is provided by Winnebago County Community Mental Health Board and the 1/2 sales tax approved by the voters of this county.
