Independence.

When our employees first start at the farm there is SO much to learn. Calvin and Zack continually grow in their independence on the farm. They have both mastered many tasks on the farm, like a lot of our employees. With peer mentor support, and some "support" from our cats, everyone gets to experience success on the job!
