- Announcing RTSA’s Thanksgiving Food Drive, starting tomorrow at the Spooktacular event. Please donate non-perishable food items to support Rockaway Food Closet this holiday season between 10/28-11/9. Coaches will be accepting donations at practices and games.

On Saturday, October 28th from 9a-1pm at Peterson Field, RTSA’s Booster Club has organized a Soccer Spooktacular for us!!

Join us for:
- Bagels, Doughnuts & Candy 🎃
- Soccer-Friendly costumes encouraged! 💀
- Don’t miss the Coaches Costume Contest!! 👻
- Cheer on our Rec teams 📣
- Get new fan gear to support your athlete ⚽️

RTSA Boosters will be hosting a “Goblins & Goals Soccer Spooktacular” for the entire RTSA community on Saturday, 10/28 at Peterson Field from 9am-1pm. The event will occur during all of the regularly scheduled recreation games.

Travel & RVSL, come out and get your spook on too!!

There will be a booster’s tent set up with concessions, drinks, hot chocolate, warm apple cider, holiday doughnuts and bagels. We will also be selling RTSA fan apparel (great for the holiday season)! Players can stop by to take fun photos in their costumes at our photo booth and grab a Halloween treat, compliments of the RTSA Booster Club! There will be a DJ present to liven up the day with some Halloween classic tunes.

We’re inviting all soccer players to come dressed up in a soccer friendly costume! Please encourage your player and family to involved in the fun!

Most importantly, we are having a Best Coaches Costume Competition! Our soccer community will vote on their favorite costume (via social media) and the winning coach will receive a RTSA shirt and a gift card. Coaches, be sure to stop by the booster’s tent to have your photo taken to be entered to win!

Volunteer Opportunity
We are looking for parent volunteers to help at this event. We are seeking help in one hour time slots throughout the day in order to set up, help at the booster’s table, and clean up! Please use this sign-up genius link to volunteer!
