Toigo orchards - cider, honey crisp, winesap and empire apples
Norwich farm - gold and red beets
Jeff bialas farm - Jerusalem artichokes, baby red potatoes, cipollini onions, celery root
Bread alone - several different types of sour dough bread
Hudson valley duck - duck breast, duck bacon, ground duck with bacon, dried duck hearts for dog treats
Ronnybrook - EGGNOG, ice cream, yogurt, chocolate milk, milk, butter
Dipaola - ground turkey, hot or sweet sausage
Sunfed beef - ground lamb and ground beef
Waygu beef -all cuts. Extraordinary meat.
