Camp More

Parents of kids who stutter and who are between the ages of 7and 18, are encouraged to apply.

Camp More is a community and overnight summer camp that empowers youth who stutter to do, say, snd be more through transformative experiences in which they gain more communication, community, and confidence in themselves, during camp and beyond. Camp More is a summer camp specifically created to help kids who stutter build more confidence and self acceptance in themselves, while encouraging the us

e of vital communication skills required so they may find their voice and use it more, as well as establish more connections and friendships. Being amongst peers and adults who stutter, as well as being engrossed in a safe and supportive environment, which includes speech language pathologists and community members who understand their struggles, social barriers will be broken down and campers will become more open, expressive, and independent.

An Adult Stuttering Retreat by Camp More

This Memorial Day weekend in Vernonia, Oregon (May 23-25), adults who stutter (21+), are invited to join us at the peaceful retreat space for connection, rest, and community, on your terms.

Cozy beds and cabins. Catered meals. Mindfulness, movement, nature, games, meaningful conversations, plenty of space to just be, and of course, much MORE.

The More Circle is shaped with participants in mind and registrants will have a voice in additional activities that may be offered. All experiences are optional. This retreat honors autonomy, choice, and the many ways adults experience stuttering.
