Camp More is a community and overnight summer camp that empowers youth who stutter to do, say, snd be more through transformative experiences in which they gain more communication, community, and confidence in themselves, during camp and beyond. Camp More is a summer camp specifically created to help kids who stutter build more confidence and self acceptance in themselves, while encouraging the us
e of vital communication skills required so they may find their voice and use it more, as well as establish more connections and friendships. Being amongst peers and adults who stutter, as well as being engrossed in a safe and supportive environment, which includes speech language pathologists and community members who understand their struggles, social barriers will be broken down and campers will become more open, expressive, and independent.
