Our annual sponsorship drive is underway! We greatly appreciate our yearly personal and business sponsors!

Our sponsorship donations help River Valley Players fund our yearly shows by helping purchase high quality set materials and costumes for our performers as well as purchasing performance licenses for each of our shows.

But those donations go further than that. Donations help purchase upgrades for our theaters, provide scholarships for seniors graduating high school, and help give back to our communities.

The RVP family is saddened by the loss of one of their longtime performers and supporters. Marilee was an RVP performer and director for many years and a longtime sponsor and supporter.

Our condolences go out to Dave and the entire Schleusner family in this difficult time. Fly high Marilee. You will be greatly missed.

Our 2026-2027 River Valley Players shows are set! We have three great selections planned for our performers and audiences!

Fall Dinner Theater
Sandy Toes and Salty Kisses directed by Blake Lyon
Auditions mid-September. Open to adult performers of any ability level!

Winter Musical
Hunchback of Notre Dame directed by Blake Lyon
Auditions will be the week after Thanksgiving. Open to all High School performers and adult performers!

River Valley Players Jr
Seussical Jr directed by Amy Lyon
Auditions will be in May. Open to elementary and middle school performers

We have a great year planned! Come out and join us this year on the stage!

River Valley Players is proud to announce their 2027 Winter Musical

Hunchback of Notre Dame!

This show is under the direction of head director Blake Lyon and musical director Lydia Schriever.

Come join the cast and the choir as we present the story of Quasimodo, Esmeralda, Phoebus, Claude Frollo and a cast of characters as we learn “What makes a monster and what makes a man?”

Auditions will be the week after thanksgiving with music rehearsals following shortly after.

Come join us as RVP presents this epic musical, the Hunchback of Notre Dame!

It is with great sadness that we announce that our head RVP Junior director, Valerie Lenderink, and her husband Brandon (one of our assistant directors), will be moving for new opportunities later this summer. We want to thank the Lenderinks for sharing their time and talents with RVP over the years and helping to encourage our young performers over the last five years.

With that said, we are looking for adults who would be interested in joining the production team of Blake and Amy Lyon and Lydia Schriever for our Junior productions. Interested people should email [email protected]
