Children's Literature Festival David R.

Collins, an author and teacher with a mission to encourage future generations of readers and writers, founded the Children's Literature Festival in 1978. Mississippi Valley elementary schools and home-schooled children are invited to the Davenport River Center, where authors and illustrators present their work, children participate in fun activities, and a book sale and signing by the presenters is available.

Your $10 registration enters you to win free tuition to the . Anyone who participates is invited to read at the award ceremony on March 12 and all who place are offered publication!
