We are thrilled to introduce Mason Boyer as the new President of Archway!
Mason grew up in the Quad Cities, shaped by the community programs that fueled his passion for giving back. From United Way initiatives to local volunteer opportunities, the support Mason received inspired him to dedicate his life to helping others. He knows firsthand the power of a united community—one that bridges divides and uplifts everyone.
After graduating at the top of his class, Mason devoted his career to nonprofit work, impacting thousands of lives and helping people overcome challenges and rebuild. His journey with Archway started before it even had a name—he was a driving force behind bringing this vision to life. Now, under Mason's leadership, Archway has reunited families, reintegrated individuals into society, and embodied our mission to "Get Well, Live Well, and Stay Well."
In a short time, Archway has made meaningful progress, thanks to the dedication and vision of our team, with Mason's leadership playing an important role. Mason's experience in raising millions in grant funding for other nonprofits, along with his ability to engage private supporters, has been instrumental in helping Archway become a sustainable organization. His swift actions have supported many nonprofits, and he continues to work alongside other organizations to provide crucial assistance. By engaging private supporters and donors, Mason helped secure additional funding, allowing us to invest over $70,000 into our facility within the first year. Starting this strongly is often challenging for nonprofits, but through a balanced approach involving grant funding, private investment, and donor support, we were able to achieve a solid foundation. His relentless dedication to finding solutions meant that those in need received the help they deserved. His vision of swift, strategic action and long-term impact has set Archway on a path of sustained success.
