The objectives are to encourage and promote the active lifestyle for individuals over the age of 50. 40 and older are welcome to join ANY and ALL events Tuesday, May 17th - Saturday, May 31st for the flat rate of $40.

The track event is open to high school and older (plus a youth event for those 8th grade and younger... more details to come).

Today is the day! Join us at Opening Ceremonies at CASI - Center for Active Seniors today at 5pm. Please see the website for a schedule of events. It's still not to late to join for most events.

The registration fee includes unlimited events, a QC Senior Olympics t-shirt, the opening and closing ceremony picnics and a maximum of 3 earned medals. Additional earned medals are $5.00 each
