June is Mental Health Month. When was the last time you checked in on your mental health?
Some men carry so much — stress, trauma, expectations — but don’t always admit when the load gets heavy. You're not alone.
Did you know that Black men are the least likely to seek mental health support? According to the National Institute of Mental Health, Black men are 35% less likely to access mental health services compared to other groups.
Many Black men were raised under the belief that “big boys don’t cry,” which can make it even harder to seek help. But carrying those burdens silently can have serious consequences — increased risk of depression, anxiety, hypertension, and even heart disease.
It's time to break the stigma.
Therapy is a vital resource, yet it remains the most underused mental health service among men, especially Black men.

Body image is such a controversial topic. Some people love the skin they’re in while others struggle. As mentioned, Pages with Passion is hosting a raffle. I have attached a picture with the items that will be in the gift bags. There will be two gift bags raffles off.
Ticket prices are as followed
1 ticket = $2
2 tickets = $5
5tickets = $10
10 tickets = $15
15 tickets = $20
20 tickets = $25
If you have a girl between the ages of 8 - 17years that is signed up and she attends the event (February 8th, 2025) you will get 1 free ticket per girl.
