Rock Hill Rising Stars Basketball The ROCK HILL Rising Stars was started because of the need for a better opportunity to be given to youth in our community through sports.

The Purpose of the ROCK HILL Rising Stars is to educate, encourage, empower and to improve opportunities for our youth through education and sports. Our mission is to teach the children of our community the guiding principles of discipline, teamwork, honesty, effort, dedication and sportsmanship. These principles will enable them to grow into respectable, trustworthy and well developed adults.
