What an amazing day at our Community Health Fair today!!!! 💚💙

Thank you to everyone who helped make our very first Community Health Fair as Palmetto Free Clinic such a success. We were able to connect with so many people in our community, spread awareness about our services, and welcome many new patients.

A special thank you to Linda from Welvista for helping keep our patients connected to free medications and supporting our clinic.

Thank you to all of our volunteers, staff, partners, and community members who came out today. This is why we do what we do — removing barriers and connecting our community to healthcare at no charge. 💚

Please come out and see us. Palmetto Free Clinic is the only free clinic in York County, and we are here to help connect uninsured adults with healthcare services and resources at no charge.

We are excited to share the updated front of our building! A huge thank you to Carolina Land & Grading Solutions for doing such a wonderful job. The improvements have really opened up the view and made it much easier for our community to see Palmetto Free Clinic.

We truly appreciate your hard work and support of our mission to serve uninsured patients in York and Lancaster Counties.

Palmetto Free Clinic would like to wish Kevin much success in his future as a Family Nurse Practitioner!

Kevin, a current CRNA, recently completed his Family Medicine rotation with us and was truly a pleasure to have in our clinic. His dedication and heart for patient care will definitely be missed.

A special thank you to Ayesha, FNP for guiding and mentoring him during his time here.
