Due to the fact that the weather and road conditions are not improving as quickly as projected, all CCA offices will be closed today with remote work from home.

***Weather & Operations Update ***
Due to current conditions, all Head Start facilities will operate on e-learning.

The following assistance offices will be closed:
• Fairfield County
• Lancaster County
• Union County

The following assistance offices will open on a delayed schedule at 11:00 a.m.:
• Administrative Office
• Chester County
• York County

Please stay safe and continue to monitor for any additional updates.

❄️ Weather Update ❄️

Due to inclement weather, our Head Start Centers will be transitioning to eLearning on Monday, January 26 to ensure the safety of our children, families, and staff.

The safety and well-being of our Head Start families is always our top priority. Teachers will send further instructions and activities via Remind, Teaching Strategies, ReadyRosie, or email.

We will continue to monitor the weather conditions closely and will announce any further changes to the center schedule as soon as they are determined.

📢 Important Notice for Head Start and Early Head Start Families

Carolina Community Actions, Inc. (CCA), like many other agencies, has been affected by the federal government shutdown.

Beginning October 20, 2025, the agency’s Head Start and Early Head Start Centers will operate four days per week.

Please contact your local Head Start Center to obtain the revised schedule. We sincerely apologize for this disruption and are hopeful to return to full operations as soon as possible.
