🧱💙 SEPTEMBER IS ALABASTER MONTH! 💙🧱
So… what exactly is Alabaster? 🤔
Alabaster is a ministry of the Church of the Nazarene that allows Nazarenes around the world to come together and give toward places where ministry can happen. 🌎⛪
Through the Alabaster Offering, funds are used to help provide land and buildings for ministry around the world: including churches, schools, medical facilities, and other spaces where people can be served and introduced to the love of Jesus.
That means when we give here at ECN, we're joining with our Nazarene family around the world to make an impact far beyond the walls of our own church! 💙
And here's one of the BEST parts:
💯 100% of your Alabaster Offering goes directly to Alabaster projects! Throughout the month of September, we want to encourage our ECN family to GIVE! 🙌
There are several easy ways to participate:
🟦 Grab an Alabaster box at church, take it home, fill it with your change (or dollars 😉), and bring it back when it's full!
✉️ Use your tithing envelope and designate your gift to “Alabaster,” then place it in the offering plate.
💻 Give online and be sure to select “Alabaster Fund” when choosing where you would like your gift to go.
Whether it's a handful of change, a few dollars, or a larger gift, every bit adds up! What may seem small in our hands can become part of something much bigger when we give it to God. ❤️
