We're continuing our recognition of the incredible individuals and organizations honored at this year's Power to Thrive Breakfast!

Strong leadership plays an important role in advancing United Way of York County's mission and creating lasting impact for families across our community.

This year, we had the privilege of recognizing several dedicated leaders for their service and commitment to United Way:

Dr. Stacey Moore, President of York Technical College, for her leadership as Board Chair. While her term as Chair has concluded, she will continue serving on our Board of Directors.

Wes Hayes, Palmetto Leadership Society Chair, for his continued leadership, guidance and support.

Frank Robards, Senior Vice President at Truist Bank and Past Board Chair, for his leadership and commitment to United Way.

Nicole Flippin, Senior Vice President of Nuclear Operations in North Carolina at Duke Energy, for her dedicated service on our Board of Directors.

Kelly Coxe, a retired York educator, for six years of service on our Board of Directors. Kelly will continue supporting our mission by serving on our Collective Impact Committee.

Please join us in thanking these outstanding leaders for sharing their time, expertise and passion to help move York County families toward greater financial stability!

We're continuing to celebrate the incredible individuals recognized at our Power to Thrive Impact Breakfast!

Workplace Ambassadors play an important role in connecting employees with United Way’s mission and showing them how they can make a difference for local families.

This year’s Difference Maker Awards recognized City of Rock Hill, SC Workplace Ambassadors Triston Wheeler and Jason Crevar for their outstanding support, teamwork, and commitment to strengthening the City’s campaign and advancing United Way’s work across our community.

Their efforts are part of the energy being built by the City’s entire Workplace Ambassador team. These champions encourage participation across their departments and help more employees understand the impact they can make for their York County neighbors.

We are grateful to Triston, Jason, and the entire City of Rock Hill team for continuing to champion United Way and the families we serve. Together, we can create a stronger community for York County families!
